宴会で大部屋を利用しました。久しぶりにお邪魔しました。店名にもある鰻は、ふっくらしていて、重厚感のあるタレと絡んで至福の味でした。その他の料理をすべて絶品。さすが老舗料亭の味だと思いました。 少し年季の入った建物、室内も味のある雰囲気でした。 サービスもテキパキとしており、かつ、さりげなく客に声かけするなど、配慮が行き届いていました。 とても満足度の高い時間となりました。 ごちそうさまでした。

先日、水戸大工町にある鰻がメインの和食料理店で会食に参加しました。こちらのお店は、鰻料理が看板メニューでありながら、お刺身やその他の和食メニューも充実していて、どれも非常に美味しかったです。特にお刺身は新鮮で、盛り付けも美しく、魚の旨味を存分に堪能できました。鰻だけでなく、幅広い和食を楽しめるのが魅力だと感じました。 今回の会食は40名以上の大人数で行われましたが、広い大座敷が用意されており、余裕を持って全員が着席できました。おそらく100名程度まで収容可能なのではないかと思われるほどの広さで、大規模な宴会や会食にも対応できそうです。私は幹事ではなかったのですが、配膳やスタッフの対応が非常にスムーズで、参加者全員が心地よく過ごせたのが印象的でした。 肝心の鰻料理は、外はパリッと香ばしく、中はふっくらと柔らかく焼き上げられており、タレの味も上品で絶妙。和食好きな方にはもちろん、大切な会食や宴会の場としてもおすすめできるお店だと思います。また訪れたいと思わせる素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。

2024.11 花コース￥7,000くらい 突き出し、小鉢、刺身、白焼き半身、鰻重半身、香の物、果物 鰻重というか鰻丼でした。身がふわふわで美味。ただし各人の個体差が大きいのはちょっと気になりました。 100年続く老舗だそうで雰囲気は十分。
